Inbound tours involve non-residents traveling in another area. Companies that provide local assistance for tours arriving in their area are called inbound tour operators. Technically, the inbound operator receives guests and handles arrangements in the host area. The consumption by the customer takes place in the destination area.

The Radler-Rast Touristik Company is an incoming travel agency in the Wachau Valley. We think a journey deserves to be called incoming if a tourist service is booked directly with a provider who is based in the destination. Radler-Rast arranges programs in the Wachau Valley for incoming groups of all sorts. Doing so, we focus on the creation and compilation of individual service packages. Our customers are travel organisers, bus operators,  individuals and business people.
